How we do it

ABA Therapy

A structured and evidence-based approach that helps children improve communication, social interaction, learning, and daily living skills. Each program is individualized to the child’s unique needs, promoting independence, confidence, and meaningful progress.

We serve individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, OCD, developmental delays, and other behavioral or learning challenges.

RBT 40-Hour Training Course

A comprehensive course that prepares future Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB standards.

The training covers fundamental ABA principles, ethics, data collection, and behavior intervention techniques—providing the tools to deliver compassionate, effective support under BCBA supervision.

Supervision Services (BCBA/BCaBA/RBT)

MBS offers individual and group supervision for BCaBAs, and RBTs, ensuring that every supervise develops the competence, confidence, and ethical integrity required to provide exceptional behavioral services.

Our supervision model emphasizes ethical decision-making, functional analysis, treatment design, data interpretation, and the cultivation of strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

School and Community Support

Children thrive when families, schools, and communities work together. Our team partners with teachers, school staff, organizations, and community programs ensure that every child successfully transitions into real-life settings.

We provide classroom observations, behavioral consultation, and staff training to create inclusive environments where students can learn, interact, and thrive. MBS collaborates with community initiatives to promote awareness, inclusion, and support for families.
